Payment & Refund

Payments for Warmstream Art Studio services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on warmstream.sbs.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from visit@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Latvia norms.
• Warmstream Art Studio wrote the payment notes for this site separately from other service tracks — confirm fit via visit@this site.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact visit@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Riga unless otherwise stated.

Most payment start with a short written brief at Warmstream and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. City regulars know the door note is current Desk near Elizabetes iela 171.
